smartBridges partnered with Smartwires to design and implement one of the most creative wireless deployments. The company designed, along with smartBridges, a multi-dwelling-unit (MDU) broadband service, based on smartBridges products.

Traditionally, wiring up an apartment complex presented prohibitive costs and very long time.
smartBridges designed an innovative solution, reducing this cost dramatically, as well as reducing the time for implementation by a large margin.

Smartwires has installed an airBridge CPE in each apartment, which connect to the airPoint PRO Outdoor Professional Access Points. These are located outside in the car park. These airPoint  uplink to the airPoint PRO Outdoor Access point placed on the roof. Thus a few access points can service an entire building. A very cost effective solution!

All this achieved without running any cabling in the building!
