airCarte™ is a wireless PCMCIA client. It plugs in to the PCMCIA port of your notebook computer and facilitates wireless network connectivity. It is based on the IEEE 802.11b wireless networking standard and supports 11Mbps data rate. airCarte is all you need to travel around the world and connect to all the IEEE802.11b compatible wireless broadband networks being installed at public places such as Airports, Lounges, Cafés, etc.
smartBridges' proprietary software, simpleConnect™, simplifies the installation. The "One-Click Installation" technology built into simpleConnect reduces the total installation time to less than one minute. The software has won critical acclaim and has been extensively used by leading ISPs to reduce their customer supports costs for mass scale broadband installations.

airCarte has an antenna built inside the PCMCIA casing. The intelligent design provides superior receiver sensitivity and noise immunity that directly translates in to superior range letting you move about freely.
airCarte is based on the IEEE 802.11b industry standard prescribed for Wireless LANs. Automatic radio tuning technology is used during manufacturing to ensure that the airCarte can inter-operate with any standard compliant device. aiCard has been tested for reliable operation with the wireless equipment from all leading manufacturers.
airCarte is equipped with a choice of security levels to protect the data. It comes with standard Wi-Fi prescribed Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) security using 40 bit Key. Additionally, airCarte also offers enhanced 64-bit or 128-bit key encryption for superior data protection.
