Program Requirements

The smartBridges Channel Partner Program is designed to meet the diverse sales and support needs of different kinds of partners. This program provides the partner with tools, information, and incentives to successfully implement smartBridges wireless solutions. Below are the requirements to qualify as a smartBridges channel partner:

Resource Investment:
Within 30 days of signing the channel partner agreement, a minimum of 1 sales representative and 1 system engineer are to be trained and certified. Upon first sale, the channel partner is to have 1 minimum of installation and support technician complete installation certification. smartBridges will play an active role together with the channel partner during the 1st installation.
Purchase Commitment:
Channel partner agrees to a minimum dollar value per year for a targeted market.
Pipeline Review and Sales Forecast:
smartBridges channel sales manager will work closely with channel partners to achieve sales revenue on a per quarter basis.
On-site Demo system:
A basis demo system is necessary to illustrate the strong value proposition of smartBridges product and technology. Channel partners will also have the opportunity to fully know and understand the product so that they can support the product.
Technical support:
Distributor and VARs are required to provide level 1 help desk support for their customers. smartBridges help desk will be responsible for level 2 escalation.
Training:
It is important for channel partners to be trained and be self-sufficient in the sale and support of smartBridges products and solutions.

Channel Partner Agreement:
Channel partner to agree all terms and conditions of the partner agreement.
