Follow the three step process

menu on the left) and check for the latest updates, FAQs,
Software Upgrade, Quick Install Guides or User
Guides. |

Contact your local partner from whom you purchased the smartBridges’ equipment. Our partners are trained to provide the first line of technical support at a location near you.
Alternatively, you may call our Technical Support Hotline at +1 630-566-5233 ext 2.
Our online technical support hours will be available from 0800am (GMT+8) to 2100pm (GMT+8). During non working hours you can leave a voice message or email support@smartbridges.com with the details of the issues encountered.
All issues will be responded within 24 hours. |

Log In to your personal profile to enter a support request,
check the status or chat with an online technical support
member. |

in the event of any problem.
