smartBridges offers extensive support for the products you purchase. This includes software downloads, FAQs, user forums, user guides, application notes, product manuals and a knowledge base forum.

Follow the three step process for quick and convenient support from smartBridges:

Step 1.

Select the product you are using (from menu on the left) and check for the latest updates, FAQs, Software Upgrade, Quick Install Guides or User Guides.

Step 2.

Contact your local partner from whom you purchased the smartBridges’ equipment. Our partners are trained to provide the first line of technical support at a location near you.

Alternatively, you may call our Technical Support Hotline at +1 630-566-5233 ext 2.

Our online technical support hours will be available from 0800am (GMT+8) to 2100pm (GMT+8). During non working hours you can leave a voice message or email support@smartbridges.com with the details of the issues encountered.

All issues will be responded within 24 hours.

Step 3.

Log In to your personal profile to enter a support request, check the status or chat with an online technical support member.
